Ingredients:

-1 banana and 4-5 strawberries. If you don’t have strawberries use 2 bananas

-Agave (Sweeten to your taste)

-1/4 cup of Coconut milk or almond milk (amount depends on how thick you like your shakes)

-2 spoon fulls of irish moss jelly

-1 or 2 spoon fulls of hemp protein powder

-a couple cubes of ice
