Spiritual Healing | My Morning Walk
I woke up extra early yesterday so I could go to the post office and grab my protein shake at the nutrition club before fedex arrived. On my way I noticed a healing center or I probably noticed the dark skin man with dreadlocs in front of the healing center that looked like a kung fu master lol. Curiosity made me cross the street to check out what was inside.
Inside looked like a Buddhist retreat. The vibe was very calm and pure. The dark skin kung fu master came inside and said I could start the next meditation session with him if I was interested. So I took off my shoes, grabbed a mat and joined the other people on the floor.
The Kunf Fu man took us through a few breathing exercises that really relaxed me. The burning sage sent electricity down my body and the silence cleared my mind. I never felt so at one with myself in my whole life. It felt like I was having an outer body experience. I came out of my body and I took out all of the issues I stress about and threw them in the trash.
When I opened my eyes I felt like a brand new person. I realized I cant control everything. The only person I can really be sure of is myself. I would get upset at the world and at certain people because they weren’t doing things the right way. I cant change people.People have to go through whatever they need to go through to get the understanding of life just like I did. My preaching and stressing wont speed up their process.
From now on I will just LIVE. Stress gives you nothing but wrinkles and less self power.
I also ordered a new Jade Egg to my keep the vagina healthy and spiritual too
